I've attributed this song to Luna in another context (from my story which is about a great war) but I think it could apply to how she feels in regards to Nightmare Moon as well. Much regret over the pain and suffering caused to others. Much mourning over past lack of judgment.

The background vocals are perfect as well. "Lulu" - Luna's nickname.
