7801014 You might have a bit of a problem with that, since in Thorax's (proper) debut episode (The Times They Are A Changeling, season six, episode sixteen), there's a flashback of him having been present at the invasion of Canterlot back at the end of season two. And with Pharynx being the older brother and all, he was probably around then also.

I mean, you should definitely write the story if you feel so motivated, just be aware of the aforementioned timeline issue.
