it would seem, I will just have to scour my stories for any of these characters mentioned here..

Does the story have to be about the creature to qualify, or is it open to side characters, minor characters with speaking roles, or background characters that show up that don't really contribute other than just being there?

What qualifies a character being prominent enough to be added to the list?

I just remembered the Umbrums. I've only really heard about them in terms of the comics, but the fandom wiki says they are shadow ponies (like Sombra, but there were others too I think).
Also, would you say crystal ponies are their own species? I think crystal ponies are different from normal ponies. They're only transparent through the crystal heart's magic, but they still have unique traits which remain constant whether or not they are under its affects. Crystal ponies always have gradient manes that are not present in the other pony species. Crystal ponies may also have jagged eyeshines, although these aren't always present and other species may temporarily gain them under the effects of the crystal heart.

I will try and fix it

There's a lot of magical creatures in that list. It is very long. Took a while of thinking, but I finally discovered something missing. G3 Flutterponies aren't on the list from what I can see. Also, "buffalo" was missing a capital letter. I don't know if you'd count pegacorns, but my personal definition would be a pony with a horn and wings but no earth pony attributes or other special characteristics unique to alicorns.
The list is very long, and I can't imagine how long it would have taken to compile all of that.
