Rules regarding Overarching folder

1.The story has to have (at minimum) one arc to be considered in the folder. However, the story doesn't have to be complete.

2.Filler is allowed but it must be kept to a minimum (1/2 per arc) and must be listed either in the chapter or in the notes.

3.Sequals are allowed in the folder but still has to follow the rules.
