Not many people know who Psi Splitter is besides me and BP. Psi is the military leader of the Republic of Shadows, the invading faction, who will be killed by his last remaining family member(Besides Time Spinner) causing him to revert into a Primal Shadow Creature and dropping these on the war and something else.
