What's going to happen the Empire and Alliance after the war? Well continue to do stuff of course! Anyone who wants to continue working with the Commanders who remain can become a member.

If the Alliance wins, then the Empire is on the run and barely surviving. Same the other way around.

And if this happens, the leaders of both sides will resign and someone ELSE can become the leaders of the groups! They may actually stay, depending on what happens. But this will basically make the groups more important.
