So I have a story I'm working on and I need a young filly OC (like around the CMC's age) that can be a ghost in my story. Please provide as much information as you can. The more information I have, the more certain I will be if I want to use the character in my story.

Depending on how the story goes, I might even find a way to use the character again in a sequel (giving credit to her creator of course).
