Hello again, I am facing a minor crisis and need pro advice.

I have looked all over in many places for a new editor.

George is doing great as ever, he's just absent a lot and he's been helping me for a while I have asked him for help more times than I can think of, so I'm planning on having him retire as my editor so he won't be inconvenienced by my writing needs anymore and focuses on his own stuff.

If he wants to.

However I have asked in every place I can find, and nobody will become my new editor. I seek advice on what I am doing wrong and maybe I could extend an offer in the process.

If this was any earlier time I would’ve been all for helping become an editor for you. However it is very close to the end of my college semester so things just started getting busy for me. I’m graduating this semester too so I really can’t afford to fall behind on anything now.
