You must nominate somebody who didn't update in the months of July or August.
You may nominate three stories.
Whoever has the most nominations by, oh let's say.... september 15 will have to update by september 30!

Also you're totally free to say if this is a good or bad idea.

1610145 This could go really well, or it could go really wrong. Knowing how things usually work out here, I think it will go really wrong.

I think this is a good idea, making people motivated to update their stories. Still, there should be some penalty if the person fails to update in time.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea and not just because (I think) I'm a possible candidate and don't want to write up a chapter, but also that making someone write up a chapter within 2 weeks just sounds wrong.

1610807 And contrary-wise, a reward for getting a chapter up on time. Yeah, this reply kind of goes against what I wrote above, but people are attracted to the prospect of rewards.

I love the idea, it's just not one that will realistically do what it is intended to do.
