Jumping out of a window that may or may not be on the second floor is dangerous enough. You certainly don't want to add broken glass to the mix.
-Just Jump-
TRUE HEROES DON'T WORRY ABOUT BROKEN GLASS! Besides, there isn't an epic but harmless explosion to follow your dynamic exit, so the shattered glass falling around you will help add some dramatic flare to you awesomely saving the day.

Okay, darn you. I was just toying with the idea of doing a choose your own adventure fic myself.
Seriously though, I love the idea of having multiple hyperlinks within a link to acts as a game of chance. Any chance that you need prereaders or someone to bounce ideas off of for the different tangential paths?
