A text? I don't know, it's a miracle she can figure out video calls. It took me a while to show my mother how to navigate her contacts list on her smartphone to make calls, and there have been times where she accidentally tapped the wrong thing on the screen and rendered the phone completely inoperable to her until I could back out of it for her. Plus, I dread the prospect of the text version of this, where Haven sends about 30 messages worth of distraught without actually saying what's wrong.
