Competitions between two authors? Damn unsure. · 3:55pm Dec 12th, 2012
I'm unsure I want to do this, but it'd seem like a fun idea... just putting two authors to write, three judges who are capable of reviewing grammar, style, story telling ability, etc. Time and word limit and on the same topic... the judges are there so the audience won't be biased for example, and each judge would have a certain area, so I believe for the most there can be 5.
Description, Character, Grammar, Story telling ability, or whatever.
It'd seem like a cool thing to do, but as I said, I'm unsure of this... it'd definitely help others see how other authors can paint an entirely different picture with the same 1k words... so, who's up?!
There should be a prize, like a picture for you, or something... I'd see about that.
But, if you're ready, just put your name down and we'd group only TWO people... at the same level of writing. So, we ain't gonna put anyone up against like shortskirts or etc, the dude is pro.
Just an idea as of now... we still need a topic. And I know two so far. But, as I said, it's just an idea, and it could help those other writers improve... without some sort of harsh critic.
One part of me saying it's a bad idea, the other is saying it's good... well, unless you are willing, ya know?
And be honest with yourself if you got help. We know your writing styles.

As for topic? I'd prefer either a quick little ship fic, or a nice clop fic. Either way works for me. If I don't get those well WTF ever, not like it really matters.

I'm not a writer/author, but i like the idea. So long as the judges are give constructive criticism where it's necessary, i could see it working well.

I'm no writer myself, but if I keep on slacking off on my stories I would be the worst writer ever. I might work on it.
I'm hesitant about throwing my own name in, but it is definitely an interesting idea. I say go for it.

I wanted to be a writer before everything had to change to the proper way of me not messing up, and that my words printed here is in fact myself going through all three tenses within one sentance.
