The Summer Writer's Block! · 1:05pm Jul 7th, 2022

It happened this year and it's going to happen again, and for the foreseeable future!

Yeah my progression literally grinds to halt from June/July to August/September. Don't know why, I feel that after writing for all the other months my motivation stalls and it becomes harder for me to progress. Also the heat from both the sun and from using my computer is giving me headaches, and I haven't been getting any real sleep.

So what's going to happen?

Do not fret, I will continue to work on my stories, there could be an occasional chapter that will spawn from time to time. And if I'm not writing then I will be theorizing/speculating (my favorite thing to do). I have much of Let Our Values Endure planned in my mind. Course it's subject to change but what I will say is that I will be adding a minor mystery plot to the story.

Yeah let's see how that will go.

What I will be focusing more on though is improving my art. I'm decent pencil wise but surprise surprise I'm trash digitally. I usually spend twice the amount of time drawing due to the fact that I first make a paper copy and then upload it to my computer so that I can trace digitally.

Luckily I plan to use the time from not writing to improve my art skills! I plan to come back with at least a intermediate knowledge of anatomy and I can draw on my computer without having to use a pencil draft.

I will still be working on the Lightendark OST, you can check my YouTube on it. Already made a pre-Beta (aka IRL Piano, yes I do know how to play it) version for the next theme and I plan to work on the digital version (aka Waveforms DAW) very soon!

So yeah I just wanted to inform you guys that this Summer could be another long Writer's Block. I will try to rearrange my schedule to have more time to get back into writing but for now expect me to stall for a bit.
