Seriously?! This bull again?!
An evil version of Beast Boy who wants to destroy everything for not getting Terra.
-He is an evil incarnation of an adult Beast Boy...
-But it is his "DESTINY" to destroy everything. The book chose him to fulfill its prophecies. He is nothing more than a puppet on a string (A slave to a master) His orders are to destroy all worlds and create brand new ones, and if he tries to resist... then the book will FORCE him to destroy. (It's from the fic itself)
-Beast Boy wanting to destroy everything and leave it all in ruins is on his own decision, and it's not just just because Terra dumped him... it's because of everything that happened to him in his life...
-Being mutated at age 5
-Losing his parents
-Losing his god mother
-Being raised and abused by thieves
-Being nearly killed by his legal guardian
-Mento being a jerk to him
-Being shunned and mistreated by others for how he looks
-Putting up with Raven's bad attitude as well as her physical abuse at times when it was not justified. (Why swat him over the head for being right about something? Or even just suggesting a vacation spot?)
-The Titans treating him more badly than good all that time
-Always being the odd one out and ignored
-Going unnoticed or unappreciated not just by his teammates and The city he protect.
-And above all things: Being constantly denied the happiness and love he craves.
No matter where he goes, no matter what he does... Happiness will never be his, nor will love, or comfort. He is Beast Boy... his only purpose is to be the goat, the punching bag, the lightning rod... while everyone else around him lives in comfort and luxury, it's his sole existence to lick up all the crap. Even if he tries to leave and seek out the happiness he crave... he will never find it... and even if he does, it won't last and it will be taken from him again...
Why? Because HE is Beast Boy... he's a born loser destined and ordered to be crapped on all the time.
So, even if Terra never entered his life... with all that up there, you can't possibly tell me that this would not happen...
Overtaken by extreme anger, hatred, pain and sadness, Beast Boy went positively insane!!
That's what caused the book to resonate (Sensing his darkness) and it decided to curse him to become the wielder of the power and fulfill its evil intentions.
Beast Boy didn't ask or wanted to have this, and he backed away in fright. "No!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...!!!" but he has no say or control over this (Nobody does, even YOU yourself wouldn't)
That's how he became Logan, and it's destiny and orders to destroy and kill. True, it seems like he has SOME control over his actions, but that's because he's embracing his horror.
Again, refusal is not an option, the book will not tolerate resistance and it will make him do it. So he may as well face facts... and besides, given how hurt, miserable, and insane he is, part of him DOES actually seek revenge, only in the end to horrible regret it, but still remain bound to his orders.
Evil Is Petty: His excuse to destroy everything is that he was dumped. His actions include destroying one of his former friends' planets because she was married and he wasn't, and also ripping a baby's head off.
Oh, my-- I am surrounded by incompetence.
Not only did we just cover all those reasons, Starfire is not married. She and Robin were just dating.
This is why I don't take criticism well... who wants to take criticism from a bunch of idiots?! and this isn't the first time they troped incorrectly out of their incompetence either.
-They said STONE HEART punched out one of his bullies, when really it was TWILIGHT who did it.
-They said STONE HEART pushed his wagon through a store wall, when all he did was run it over a pile of books, nothing more.
-The baby I gave Pinkie Pie in Starfleet is named "Biscuit Pie" but the tropers originally named him "Bisque Spice!"
And now they still refuse to get it into their head, there more to Logan's creation that a simple dumping.
It's All About Me: His reasons for villainy are all about him being mistreated.
Just went through all that, how else can it possibly be portrayed.?
Never My Fault: He blames everything he does on Terra for dumping him and the Titans because, in his head, they didn't support him.
Omnicidal Maniac: Plans to destroy the Multiverse and nearly succeeds.
Hmmmm....
Terra wanted to live a normal life. She wanted to forget everything in her past (EVERYTHING... including the good times) and for that, she told Beast Boy to get out of her life and stay out, and that she never wants to see him again or wants anything to do with him.
Stabbing him so hard in the back that it come out through the heart, just so she can have what SHE and only SHE wants. She doesn't care what happens to him, or if he even kills himself... just as long as she doesn't have to see him.
And not in his head... it really happened in the series many times, and I also MAKE IT happen in the stories. The titans are monsters to him now. They don't care about his feelings, and they demand he obey them, and Raven... she can hit him or be as mean to him anytime she feels like it, and he's not allowed to question her or she'll just beat him up harder.
But no... I guess he should just take it in stride, embrace the loser he is, and get beat up and robbed of more dignity every day.
Skewed Priorities: He blames Terra, who dumped him, for his crimes, and not Slade who abused her to the point she had to find a normal life, which meant she had to sacrifice her relationship with Beast Boy. In fact, he prioritizes married couples over Slade.
again, it's not married couple...
Slade had little to do with Terra's decision. Terra had a whole history of causing trouble with her unstable powers, being unloved by her father and targeted to be used as a weapon by others. Her involvement with Slade is just a piece of the puzzle-- another rock on her pile.
And SACRIFICE her relationship with BB??? Hoo-hoo... you're way out of line here. We already discussed this... She didn't sacrifice it, she THREW IT AWAY like a bag of garbage just because she decided "I want to have a different life. It was good while it lasted, but I don't need or want you anymore so get lost and don't come back!!"
Terra's reasons for wanting to live a normal life may be understandable, but her attitude and behavior are completely vomitrocious!
She's barely any different from a Dragnet case...

This lady... she got pregnant by her boyfriend, and he went off to Vietnam, saying they would get married when he got back. But really, he was a two-timer punk. (He didn't care about her or the baby) and he wrote back to her saying he loved her and missed her, but then he wrote telling her it was all over and he was marrying someone else.
She had his baby, and she couldn't stand to look at it, and she didn't want to keep it... so she took her baby and threw it in the garbage to be free of it and the memory of her boyfriend.
Getting back to Beast Boy. Attacking Slade would not help.
Terra did this THINGS CHANGE on her own accord, not through anything he did, and even still defeating Slade will not help at all. He's still under orders and a destiny to destroy. Period.
Terra... is largely to blame. There is no defense for her.
She could still have lived a normal life and still had a relationship with Beast Boy, but no... "she decided kill it all." "Get out of my life!"
And even when she confronts him on it after, it's because she's feeling guilty about talking to him like that, and she wants to clear her conscience and again try to convince him to move on.
That's only throwing more salt in the wounds, she's still only thinking about herself.
...But no, I guess it's all Beast Boy's fault. He's to blame, and she has no part in this at all.
All the more reason for BB to die. I don't want him to take things in stride. Maybe he did in canon, I can't change that. But this is my fanfiction... and if tries, I'll rough him up.
