Today is the last day of my spring break vacation! Did you know what I've been doing since I dropped Chapter 22? Plugging away at this like it was my nine to five. I felt bad for delaying the last chapter with a spin-off Isekai visit and a contest entry, so when I got past the writer's block, I wanted to see if I could get the next chapter out before the school year started. Right down to the wire with five major editing passes performed over the last few days. You know what I forgot to check before hitting the publish button? The chapter title.

Anyway, now that Chapter 23: Back Here for Trouble Again is here and fixed, I hope it is both enjoyable and up to snuff in terms of the quality you expect from Electro Swing... though perhaps a missing "r" in a chapter title is to be expected. This is why you wait for editor approval instead of remembering you're supposed to write the title of the chapter after you've hit the "New Chapter" button.
So, starting tomorrow, back to the daily grind of work, at a new school no less. We'll see what can be done in terms of word processing at the new location if there is time during the day for it. The days of four or five hours of downtime waiting for something to happen is a thing of the past. Good news, it's not an elementary school. Teens don't exhaust me like children do. It's still not the demographic I am most suited for working with, college students, but at least you are always talking to someone with an opinion, even if it is drowning in teen angst. Much easier to deal with than adorable bundles of unstable energy.
