Signal Boost for Pennington Inkwell

I'm not really sure what to say, so... quoting Wanderer D's signal boost:

So Penn recently posted a blog saying he needed some time to deal with personal issues before coming back to fimfic, and I assured him when he did so that we would be waiting for him.
