Hello Everypony! I hope this finds you well!
As we all know it was April Fools weekend, I hope you were able to channel your inner Rainbow Dash and pull of some amazing pranks! And speaking on pranks, I thought I was a recipient on this site.
When I released my chapter this weekend, I figured I'd see my normal view count, roughly 100 or so on release day with more trickling in through the week. But imagine how surprised I was when I checked "Zinnias" to see that the views were nearly 3x more than normal! And literally tripled my total rating! I thought that it had to be a joke.
But Sunday came, then today, and the viewership is still leagues higher than it had been every month before. I can tell you that on Sunday afternoon I cried in my room because of how awesome every single one of you are. Never in my life would I have thought that someone like me would have the honor of having people like you read my writing, let alone like it. It may sound cliche, but there is no gift that could top that. Seriously guys, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
You all encourage me to keep writing. You all have shown me that even if I feel like I'm not that good, I'm good enough. You all have helped me through a difficult time in my life where I felt worthless, but just having you read my work lets me know that I have value. That is why I'm always so grateful, every single day, to you, and I'll always do my best to take the time and thank every single one of you who comments, favorites, watches, or interacts with me, whether your words are positive or not. It's the least I could do for all that this amazing community has given me in just the short 4 months I've been here.
With all the effort my heart can muster, I love you all. May Celestia bless the sun so that each ray that touches the Earth finds and warms your path and shows you the way to a brighter future, just as you have done for me.
