Today, on March 20th, 2022, I celebrate ten years of being an MLP writer. 
This time next month is when I joined the fandom in 2012, with My Sister, Loyalty being written only a little over two months later. I've improved a lot as a writer since then largely because of the online communities and plentiful feedback I've gotten on all my work, so a huge thank you to everyone reading this.
Ten years ago I wrote a sisterfic about Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo, and their potential to be sisters before Sleepless in Ponyville aired. Today, I write about the same exact premise in a new generation with new sisters, in How To Hug Your Pegasis.
The cover art, by Luximus, doubles as another badge that I'll have at BabsCon this year.
A decade is a big deal, so I splurged on this story quite a lot. I've gotten a couple other artworks for it, so be sure to check it out. 
And if you're a follower of mine who hasn't watched the Gen 5 Movie, don't worry. All the context you need can be found in a mere 2.5 minutes of screen time. 
Spoilers be ahead though, of course.
Lastly, you can all expect a few lengthy, ranty blog entries starting late next week that lead up to Babs. There are a few topics regarding me and my writing that I wanted to explore in-depth, given they're likely going to be questions asked at the convention. Keep an eye out for those.
