Some thoughts on "Royal Error."

Just random bullet points about the fic I published today; nothing profound. SPOILERS beneath the cut:

• I didn't tag it porn; that would have been false advertising. It's erotica, yes, but not meant to be titillating.
• It's an idea I had some time ago. I chewed on the approach for a while. I decided to play "out-of-character is serious business" and "reality ensues" tropes.
• I tried to stay in Skystar's character and mindset. I picture her as the oldest of the cousins, and self-appointed honorary top sister to all. (I bet there are other clutches of cousins besides Silversteam and Terramar - other siblings of Novo's kids. At least a half-dozen other cousins from at least two more aunts/uncles.)
• where were Silverstream and Terramar during the Storm King movie? Perhaps sent to a distant kingdom to hide (any monarch will get spare heirs far away during an occupation, probably in opposite directions). With her honorary brother and sister out of the picture, she had to latch onto Shelly and Sheldon.
• Did they eventually restore their friendship? I hope so. I'm betting Skystar's little memoir is only a year or two later.
