Now I want to preface this by saying that I am well aware that pedophilia is illegal and I do NOT support it. And there is NO way I would intentionally put it in any of my stories for any reason other then it to be portrayed as a crime.
With that said, for those who have read Sparkling Harmony in it’s entirety up until the latest point, let me ask you.
Is it really pedophilia that Sparkler and Twilight are still acting like lovers even though Sparkler is currently, TEMPORARILY, physically five years old, but is still mentally her correct age of 22?

You have not even went that route as do not believe feelings of love are the same as what pedophilia is and if it is about them moving in together it could be to make sure nothing else goes wrong.

If it's temporarily, I don't think that's too much of an issue. However, if it were the case that Sparkler was ACTUALLY 5, then there'd be an issue.

Sparkler is NOT five. She was only temporarily physically regressed to that age due to a magical accident. Her mental state was no affected in any way by the accident.
Well, outside of minor PTSD from when she was really five.

I know what it is, but im just enjoying the story, the whole thing kinda went over my head, love is love and the age is only temporary, no worries from me
Even with the effects of magic, Sparkler is physically five year old so I’d suggest until she is back to a mare’s body nothing past kisses on the cheek and forehead as well as hugs and cuddling. I know many ponies are aware she is twenty two years old but many outside of that loop might take it wrong since the magical regression was never made public.

From what the chapter said; I realized why it sounded familiar to me. I remember an episode of American Dad from either season 1 or 2 where Stan forgot his anniversary with Francine, again. She tried to kill him until Stan knocked her out with chloroform gas and had a CIA scientist erase 15 minutes of her memories but screwed up and erased 15 years. Francine thought she was a teen again and does everything she did before she met Stan and fell for him.
