Funny story, this chapter almost didn't happen because of a stupid issue where my keyboard caused me to delete everything. A press of the left arrow key deleted text and anything I tried to highlight with the mouse or ctrl+c deleted the text. The site I use to write my stories autosave every time you make even the smallest change. Not knowing it would happen, I tried to copy the whole chapter to save it to fimfiction and wound up deleting everything I'd written instead.
Tried to undo, but the undo button on the site I was using wasn't working and neither was ctrl+z. Needless to say, I was pissed and thought I'd have to spend ages rewriting a completely new chapter (because lord knows I couldn't remember any of what I'd written). I had no backup like you could do with google docs... or so I thought. In actuality, I had completely forgotten that the site I use lets you connect your Dropbox account and automatically saves your work to it.
Cool, I thought, I'll just pull up my work from Dropbox and... the most recent chapter wasn't there. Because the site had saved over my deletion the chapter was removed from Dropbox as well. Now, keep in mind I never actually use Dropbox so I didn't know I could retrieve old versions of saved files until I looked it up. With that in mind, I got everything back and now I'm happy to say the chapter is out.
TL;DR: I deleted the whole chapter, but was able to get everything back and now your getting a new chapter of this story after ages.
