I’d say haters and people who aren’t willing to wait gif improvement are you’re problem with dislikes. But overall the only way to handle this is keep writing and improving and ignore the dislikes
I hope this doesn't fall unto deaf ears, if you don't understand, re-read it until you do because you won't hear something like this directed specifically towards you often (and to be frank, I'm tired of seeing you put yourself down and publically try to garner pity). Life is full of the unknown, with answers sought after which arent there. Many of us move towards the future and we don't know what the hell we're doing, clueless as everyone else. You just have to keep doing what you want. People don't care as much as you think, and if you move to someone's whim, then you're doing yourself a disservice. I used to be like you if I'm being honest, being a people pleaser and moving to someone else's tune that they created for me. But news flash, no one has any idea what they want from themselves, let alone someone else. You can't please everyone man, that's just asking for too much, and if you do work towards pleasing everyone, you'll self-destruct. YOU'RE THE PROTAGONIST!!! Push yourself forward! If you cave in and give up on something that you truly want, all you're inviting unto yourself is self-loathing and regret. At one point, there'll be no one to lean on or to hold your hand, no one. So you need to become strong for yourself. Why give a few dislikes so much meaning towards your work and emotions, they don't deserve that much. Besides, you have to start from somewhere. People will dislike simply because they didn't like where the story and plot went, or how a character's personality was. Asinine things like that. And instead of saying sorry to those who help you and keep you company, say thank you. Let them know you appreciate their company rather than apologizing that they have to put up with you, it'll help build your self-confidence too. This is my heart and my soul, poured out for you, specifically for YOU. I hope you are able to glean something from this, as I've spent my life learning this, wallowing in my own sorrow and self-pity for years, only to recently be able to crawl out. So please, do yourself a favor and grab your destiny with your own hands. No one can or will do it for you. If I can believe in you, so can you. ❤
