They rejected it at first for some errors they saw and had me correct, and there were quite a few. But after many corrections, it was finally approved.

Is there a next chapter in the works, and when might we expect it?
There is indeed another chapter in the works, and I have about 1k words written down so far. But, as I've explained to other readers, this subject matter is quite difficult for me to write. Female domination and subjugation are fine as long as it's a fantasy, but this tale delves into non-con sex (rape) and examples of extreme violence, things that leave me physically and emotionally shaken after writing them.
I have every intention of completing this story, for I am just as interested in finding out how it ends as my readers are. That may sound strange coming from the author of the story, but when I write, my characters take on a life of their own, and in a very real way, they dictate how I write them. So many times, it's as big a surprise to me as to my readers when something odd happens. I try to resist the more graphic, evil influences I'm being pulled towards, but as a whole, I go as I'm being led.
So to answer your last question, I'm not quite sure when the next chapter will be out. I'm shooting for later this month, but I'm also working on my other popular project Estrus Among Us. That's taking up a great deal of my writing time as well, but I am devoting time to Choices.
