Morning Everyone,
Sorry for the delays in posting, I've been going through some real life nonsense, which has made it difficult to concentrate. The sequel is still happening, but I need some help from the few of you who are still around. I've got the prologue done. The first chapter is 99% done, and the next few chapters are roughly mapped out. I've fabbed up some cover art (since I can't commission a piece this time around). Now I'm stuck on one thing.
I need some help coming up with idea's for a title for the story. I'm just drawing an absolute blank for some reason. It's like the most infuriating writers block ever, except it's for a single name, which also makes it the stupidest writers block ever. The story will be slice of life, mixed with some political drama, and probably a bit of action. Amongst other things, it'll show Ryan adjusting to life in a new world, as well as the Princesses adjusting to suddenly having their father there (there's some flavor to help out).
No guarantees that I'll use whatever you guys come up with, but anything that shakes things loose helps at this point. As always, you are all deeply appreciated and cherished. And thanks!
Resolution or Reincarnation? Resurrection?
How about an equestrian term for competitions with many parts covering a variety of trials?
Eventing
an equestrian competition that typically takes place over 3 days and includes the events of dressage, cross-country, and show jumping
To go with a similar title to the first one it could be titled Reunion. Doesn't really emphasize the action parts but does work well for slice of life and adjusting
Acclimation? Maybe Restoration?
How about Adaptation
Reunited.
Keeping to a naming scheme which shares the first letter while also being a literal description of the end of the first story, emphasizing that the story is about him and his girls being reunited, not about broader issues, leaving room to cross genres.
How about Absolution?
It'd tie in nicely with the name of the first book.
