My favorite FIF character, STONE HEART, committed a few crimes himself, but I constantly receive complaints (Namely from my detractors) that all he got was a slap on the wrist (He wasn't punished severely enough.)
...Yeah... that's right. He did get a slap on the wrist, and I'm also about to label his crimes and the circumstances surrounding it.
FIF #6: WRITE A WRONG
Overly outraged that Twilight and friends will not back off and leave him be, not to mention Twilight took the liberty of editing one of his stories to make it supposedly "Acceptable" which garnered him supposed "fans" and "Good reviews"
Stone got so angry that he rammed his wagon into a pile of printed books wanting them "...Never to see the light of day again." and destroying them.
Despite this, he still paid for the damages, and later he was reprimanded by Celestia and sentenced to 100 hours of community service.
-All he did was destroy a pile of books (Which did technically belong to him)
-He didn't hurt anyone physically
-He did pay off the damages
FIF #16: WRITE OF WAY
I'm very proud of this one, because I got to use lines I always wanted someone to use on Twilight and her friends...
“Alright, Princess Twilight… If you and your friends feel that way, why don’t YOU write stories like this, and while you’re at it, you can all accept the fame and praise and pride you feel that comes with it …BUT GET OFF ME!!”
“You know there’s a limit to my patience, and you are very rapidly reaching it!”
“…If you and your miserable friends are not out of my sight in two seconds, I don’t care if you are Princess, I actually will do something horrible, ON YOU!!”
Then he actually turns and looks ready to wail on her... he doesn't, and he never really wanted to. He just really wanted Twilight and her friends to get lost.
Still... he attempted to and threatened royalty (Or so called... I still don't believe Twilight is the REAL thing)
Twilight filed a complaint about it, and while Stone had no right whatsoever to threaten her, because she and her friends were overly aggravating and annoying him, they pretty much PUSHED him into doing it. Therefore, Celestia let Stone off with a warning not to do it again, or he'd face punishment next time.
FIF #19: WRITE IN THE HEAD
Stone, at his evilest... is in possession of an enchanted Typewriter. When he types a story on it, the person he's typing about will dream about it when they are asleep (The subject must be already asleep, and the dream only lasts while the story is being typed on the spot) Stone wickedly uses this power to torment other ponies who have been mean to him and to others-- giving them horrible nightmares.
Even Princess Luna cannot stop these dreams, nor even enter them, nor can she truly discover how they are generated.
Eventually, Stone is caught, but it also discovered that the typewriter has another function-- when a story that came from the machine is read out loud, the fantasy will become reality so long as they story is being read. If the story is read all the way to the end, the victims will truly suffer their written fates.
Chaos ensues all over as the stories come to life, until Stone creates a new story to wish them all away.
There is no excuse for Stone's crimes this time, however, before he can be apprehended, he uses the machine again to reverse time.
Now... only HE knows the secret, and he plans to continue to use the machine as he wishes. And of course... there goes a truth...
"You're only in trouble if you get caught"
...And since no one else remembers, and he can easily stop anyone from tracking him... he's pretty much won.
Nothing but a slap on the wrist or a complete getaway.
...That's how I have it Period.
