Another update (22nd Oct), finally feeling better · 4:34am Oct 22nd, 2021
Just to let all of you know, the bug/illness I had rolled into a different bug which lasted until a few days ago (Tuesday 19th). So, after just over a month, I am pretty well recovered. Same day, I was able to get back in the right headspace with Cremator, making it clear to me it was being sick holding it all back. Have been chipping away at a few scenes in the otherwise crazy week it has been (so much driving!) while trying my best to get a good block of writing done/clear the deck for me to have some good writing time. Excluding any more emergencies I have to jump to help with in my family, I should be able to have a good shot at it from tomorrow.
Sorry it has been so long and if my responses to questions over this month may not have entirely made sense. It has been hard keeping any idea in my head for more than a few seconds throughout the time of being sick.
Will be writing hard very soon. Next chapter has some big things happening in it so I definitely want to get them right. Genuinely forgot those moments were in the notes until re-reading them this week when I was close to abandoning the start of the chapter as a whole. It all looks recoverable, so, like I said, just looking for the time to get it all done. Hopefully much sooner rather than later.
