Hey guys. Not sure how many of you are actually going to read this, but I was brainstorming a bit and was wondering if any of you had thoughts on what you'd like to see from my next story. I've got a few ideas of my own, but I'm not sure if I should go the gen 5 route for something or just stick with gen 4 for a bit.
Still gonna finish posting All's Fair in Love and War, but I want some ideas for the next story if any of you are open to sharing ideas.

I know cold wasn't a romance but it would make a good one especially him helping her get over what has happened only he can understand what she's been through.
It would definitely be interesting to see what you got in store for a Gen 5 fic. If it's also Romance, hell yeah!

I can only second that. But going the G5 route... that could be cool, too ! Some good G5 fanfics are already out, definitly think adding to that would be great !
G5 is going to bee good in time but for right now i would stay with G4 till we get to see the first season of G5 next year.

O,o yes that would be a amazing idea.
Maybe a cross over story. An idea for one could be 'the mana series' and equestria. The reason that I suggest the mana series is due to the happenings in "the trials of mana". In trials 'The Mana Tree' can only be accessed from a portal to the 'Mana Sanctuary'. Never once does it say where that is though. Maybe it is in equestria, and maybe it pulls the next wielder of the 'Mana Sword' to equestria for some reason. It's just a thought though.
I'd be lying if I said I had any interest at all in gen 5 fics. Perhaps give us some idea of the general sort of thing you're wanting to write to work off of. Otherwise I'll just throw out whatever random idea passes between my ears. Like "comedic fic: during the Canterlot Wedding, Chrysalis actually replaced Shining Armor and Cadance has been unknowingly living with her all this time. Flurry Heart isn't actually an alicorn; Flurry is a young changeling queen being disguised by her mother, and her frightening magical strength is a result of gestating & living so close to the Crystal Heart and receiving love directly from the alicorn of love, herself. And keeping all of this secret is getting harder and harder."

I like your ideas. They're definitely unique in that I never even considered them lol. I think that just based off of popular demand, I'll probably end up doing a sequel to Cold next though. Only problem, is that I have no fuckin clue as to what to do for the sequel lmao.

This is so late but why not? A comedy story about the first Batpony in Equestria. I can imagine him walking around Ponyville like he/she is a normal pony, while the citizens are just staring at him lol

You could do like a point of view of what the main 6 thought about the news of clematis and Luna having a consort . I don’t know how to spell that last word.
I'm probably a bit late to suggest a sequel to "All's Fair In Love And War"... but maybe in said sequel have the Nobles try to remove Anon from power by invoking another ages-long law reluctantly signed by Celestia (after all, Nobles are jerks) that states that the Royal Consort had to deposit into The Royal Sisters a foal each, within a certain time period, lest the Consort's position be nullified and Consortship be awarded to the next available candidate.
