    Upped to Mature

The patron requested it, so Blue Wedding Belles is now rated Mature, and will proceed under that banner. Figured I should post an alert about that.

Decent views, but the ratio, oh the ratio.

Guess you ponder the upvote/downvote ratio?

I'm pretty sure that during the last couple of years, some people kick in a downvote for no other reason than they just *have to* say something, and if they don't want to endorse, it leaves them with only one option.

I also believe many people these days are less prone to upvote. Looking at your story you have 116 trackers, but only 39 upvotes. In the early days it would be the other way around. Encouragement would be given but people didn't have enough time/interest to track/read it.

Not sure why (western) web is stingy with upvotes, but if the only "currency" you have is an upvote, perhaps they greedily hold on to it since they have nothing else to give?

If you want some deeper analysis, you can always PM.

I upvote if I think the ratio looks wrong or if it doesn't have many upvotes. No point upvoting an okay but not great story like this one when it's already far into the green.

Thank you, that was a new but also quite logical take on the color-barometer. Judging it as a composite score you can nudge if needed.
Not sure how many people abide to it, and from tests I know many people don't, but it's interesting nonetheless.

Eh, I just didn’t read. Casinos? Meh, not my thing. Nothing else in the blurb to grab my interest, so... *shrug* I’ve got 1300 stories on a read it later shelf that all presumably caught my eye more than that for some reason, so working on a few of those. :rainbowwild:
