RIDER TIME extra: Rider Families, part 1 · 9:41pm Sep 14th, 2021
The multitude of Rider Families are the majority of the population of the World of Riders, be they mainline descendants, distant relatives or counterparts rescued from parallel worlds by Decade himself.
Of these families, the one with the largest amount of members is the Kuuga family, whose line has intermingled with nearly every single other family so far. Most of the population has at least a little bit of Kuuga blood running through them. The Kuuga family also has the broadest array of jobs it takes, working with the other Rider families more often than not.
The Agito family are one who work to carry on the recorded history of the Kamen Riders, many of their family members being trained or encouraged to record everything they experience in an Agito-marked journal. Each of these journals is added to the "Agito Record" once filled up. As such, Agitos are usually found in bureaucratic positions, such as clerks or accountants.
Ryukis are one of the more diverse families, having several competing branches. They are considered to be stubborn and argumentative. As such, you often find Ryukis as some sort of public defender, whether they are members of the police force or lawyers. Ryukis get together and count up their family achievements, often competing against the other branches for total family achievements.
The Faiz family is mainly concentrated into being one of the families in charge of Smart Brain. Smart Brain produces many technological and communication products for the World of Riders, but there are grumblings of them dealing in criminal activity somewhere under the surface. Some of the Faiz family's distant relatives take on the name "de Faiz" instead. They tend to be very insular, putting their immediate families above all else.
The Blade family is one who value traditional work ethics, educating their young from an early age about the importance of hard work. Often, they will go into blue-collar jobs, such as laborers or maintenance men. They are usually rather friendly with other Rider families. They also structure their family like a card deck, with the overall head of the family at the time being the "King", whether they be male, female or something else.
