New updated original chapter of Feathered Hearts nearly ready · 8:16pm Sep 5th, 2021
I’m currently turning the first half of Feathered Heart Chapter 4 into a brand new chapter, fleshing it out with a great deal of new content, especially at the start. It should be available within the next day or so, tipping the scales at over 11k words.
I’ve also made a new request of the site mods to allow me to post the updated chapters from the original story directly to my new one instead of having to store them offsite on Google Docs, citing the fact that the stories have been popular and I’ve in fact drawn a great deal of interest back to the original, doing it and Demon Eyes Laharl due credit and honor. I also suggested an exception could be made for old stories off a long-abandoned account. We’ll see what they say. Can’t hurt to try, right?
On a different note, there are now three days until my surgery. Nothing to do but try to enjoy myself and some good food before I have to go on a soft diet for a few weeks. The things I do for a full night’s sleep...

The chapter is ready. But the mods are still discussing whether I’ll be allowed to post it and the other updated chapters from the original story to my new story. Until they say one way or another, I’m holding the chapter back.
