Well, DeviantArt is now on the warpath.

To their credit I get why. They want to crack down on "Fringe Fetishes" or so I've heard they've been called, like incest, rape, cannibalism, etc. The problem, however, is that they're including DID art in this.

Let me explain with the 18+/adult material (boy does that feel redundant) they'll remove with the following features:

    An AI made this.

Inspired by the knowledge of Heath Ledger, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell working together in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, I asked an AI app to tell a story where the latter three attend the former's funeral.

So I watched negative review of Space Jam: A New Legacy on YouTube

And I know that I brought whatever I'm feeling upon myself, but I kinda felt like watching it since it's by someone I'm subscribed to.

Anyway, I'm not that immature enough to drop their name, and to their credit, they so bring up good points of the film, and I admit that the "Notorious P.I.G" part was cringe worthy, but that's about it.

    Not So Harmless Villain

It always amazes me when a usually harmless villain is shown just how "harmless" he/she really is. Whether it's not being held back, given the right weapons, or just being pushed over the edge, Eggman in Sonic Lost World.

So I watched negative review of Space Jam: A New Legacy on YouTube · 9:39pm Jul 20th, 2021

The thing that bothered me the least was them claiming that Bugs seeing the other Toons as family was weak because they're trying to beat each other up and kill each other for fun. It's like they never saw Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers where Bugs interacts with friendlier (yet badly animated) duplicates of Elmer, Daffy, and Yosemite, yet actually prefers the originals who are trying to kill him, one Tom and Jerry cartoon that ends with Tom briefly halting the chase so he can thank Jerry for saving him from a viscous dog, or any of the Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog cartoons where those two stop fighting literally because the alarm on the punch clock went off. And apparently, that one emotional scene doesn't count because for reasons.

I think to say that they disliked this movie is an understatement, because the more they bring up the movies flaws, the more the F bombs increase. I'm not one of those overly intolerant to swearing people but come on! They need to get ahold of themselves...which is kind of acknowledged close to the wrap up, so I might be overreacting to that part.

And they rip into a scene that a literally cried at. If you've seen the movie, you'll know which scene I'm talking about. I knew WB wasn't going to go through with it, but it still tugged at my heartstrings hard enough to start the waterworks, and if it weren't for the last point, I'd just feel insulted.

And it's not even the fact that WB cut out Pepe le Pew yet included Alex, Georgie, Dim, and Pete that's what I think is the worst part. The worst part is when they got to the merchandising. Now I admit, there can be such a thing as "in your face merchandising" or "too much merchandising...." and yes, the Easter eggs were a bit distracting with how much there were. But they said along the lines that the Easter eggs were made for stupid people. Correct me if I'm wrong on what they said or how they said it, but they basically implied that I, and anyone who liked seeing the cameos, are stupid. That started to cross the line, but what made that worse is that my mother was watching the movie and she and I laughed at the Game of Thrones references because she's a fan. They insulted my mother!

I know that everyone has their own opinion, but that felt less like a review and more like a ranting editorial while taking a jab at the few people who liked the movie. I shouldn't be taking this personally but...I need a hug.

While I'm not a fan of the new Space Jam movie myself and honestly prefer the original over this one, I cannot turn a blind eye to whoever this "critic" is going way too far into their review. People who say "This movie is bad and people who like it are stupid" are not real critics. They're buttholes who want to feel superior to everyone else. It's OK for someone to say "This movie is bad" but not to the point where they are insulting those who do like it. I may not like what they did in this movie, but I'm not gonna stop you from making this film your guilty pleasure. If you like this film, go ahead. Who is that butthole to tell you that you're wrong?

i watched an add and instantly thought "i dont like this" not because its bad but because the add was dubbed in my country language and it sounded cringe :p

It's M.A.P., isn't it?

I can't with that guy. :facehoof:

I actually have forgotten the name of the basketball ball player they had, but he had way more character development then Jordan who in the original you could easily realize he wasn't really interacting with the cartoon characters because of just how poorly prepared of an actor he was.
