Rarity's not really involved at all. The truth: Fluttershy is posing as a Fluttershy from an alternate dimension created by Discord for an Elements of Harmony scavenger hunt that he created to one-up Fluttershy, alt-Fluttershy is actually a celebrity pop star who is super-outgoing but broke her ankle going up against alternate dimension Pinkie Pie in Equestria's equivalent of American Idol so Fluttershy is posing as alt-Fluttershy in concert wearing a costume but blindfolded because Fluttershy has stage fright which is very easy for Fluttershy to have which surprises alt-Fluttershy but Fluttershy's so good at dancing that Fluttershy can do it all blindfolded so Fluttershy went on stage blindfolded but then it came off and Fluttershy screams because Fluttershy realizes she's performing in front of a kajillon other poines in Manehattan and Fluttershy metaphorically shits her pants.
