Happy 30th, Sonic The Hedgehog

Well, it's technically the 23rd over in Japan, and I've got a super early morning tomorrow, so I'm doing this one tonight.

Sonic 1 was the very first video game I ever played.

I instantly fell in love with his sidekick Miles 'Tails' Prower when I played the next game, and he's been my internet handle for the majority of my time online.

I still consider Sonic 3 & Knuckles to be the shining gem of the franchise.

When the anime Sonic X came around in 2003, I immediately became a fan of this wildly unpopular friendship.

When me and some friends went to go see the film expecting something laughably bad, we were all amazed at how good it was.

So happy 30th, Sonic. Here's to the next 30.

I love sonic more then I hate mario. Sonic dove into such good stories, especially in comics. Tails has always been my favourite and cant wait for something this year from sonic team!
