I turned twenty-two yesterday. Pretty neat that it's almost smack in the middle of the year, huh? Makes it easy to remember. Anyway, pretty uneventful one as far as it goes, but times have changed and all that.
I'm also close to graduating outright, nothing too outstanding. Into the capitalist hellscape of 21st century Earth I go, wooo. I've no clue what the future holds, but does anyone? Who knows.
At any case, stories! In Night's Garden is still being worked on, fret not. There's just been a lot of complications along the way, and I had to swap the timeslot around with another story. It is an anthology, to be fair, but at a certain point you just gotta keep people updated, you know? July, ish, at best. Or August, perhaps.
Speaking of that other story, I'm throwing my hat into the ring for the Renaissance Contest, with a Celestia story - just to complete the series of alicorn stories I've got. Keep your eyes open, heh.
And- ah, right. Spectrum rewrites. Frustrating, to be honest, and it threw a wrench in a lot of my plans for this year. Still, it's something we gotta do. We're still working on it, as best as we can - and I can confirm now that we've got a new coverart on the way, courtesy of a friend. It'll come with the rewrites, heh, when it's under my account.

I certainly felt that one. My barely-controlled angst over the nightmare left to us by the dear old 1980s - which everyone's so nostalgic about nowadays, for some reason - is a factor I hold responsible for dragging my feet so long on my own academic progress.
Time to crack open The Little Prince again, perhaps - book and movie.
