Sorry for the late Question of the Week, I keep trying to post this but realized it was too late in the day and that people might not see it, so let's see if this works.
Now this question is a bit of a weird one that might make you guys question my sanity (or why you read my content). Lol.
So the story concept is that an alien crashlands hus ship in Equestria and must blend in to survive. While trying to blend in, he starts to develop romantic relationships with a few mares within the area.
The question is, what do you guys think of implied, consentual egg laying?

Could you be more precise with what exactly you mean? Like, resulting in bebe or without bebe, where the egg’d be, stuff like that.
I do not want to start a discussion about kinks or why I can or can’t ask this, I want to discuss science.

5533638 The eggs would be stored inside the mares' womb and would emerge (when ready) as larva. Of course, this wouldn't be described ìn huge detail, merely being mentioned. After emerging the offspring (which would be hybrids) would be stored in a nutritional pod until they are ready to metamorphosis.
My thought is that perhaps the alien in the story is part of a dying race (possibly being hunted to extinction by another alien race) and discovers that ponies and his kind are reproductively capable.
If that makes sense.
