You All Want Something New to Read, so Here's a Choice for all of You · 11:46pm May 26th, 2021

Over the course of the last few weeks, and months, some of you have been asking me, "Where's Chapter 5 of "Texas"? When will you have more of "Texas"? "Scar, when will you have more stuff for us to read? It's been almost a year!" I'm here today to address that. I have a proposal for all of you, and you chose what you want in the comments section below. There's 2 options for this
Option 1: If you chose this option, then that means that you all REALLY want more of "Texas", can't wait any longer for Chapter 5, and don't want Option 2. In this case, I'll keep the story for Option 2 on hand, but redouble my efforts to get "Texas" Chapter 5 to you all like you want. It will still take a while longer, but I'll work as fast as I can.
Or Option 2: For this Option, if you all so desire, I have a new story for you all to read. I'll say what it is in just a minute, but if you choose Option 2, then I'll polish this new story, and then release it for you as early as tomorrow night. This way, you'll have something to read, and be tided over with while I still work as fast as I can on "Texas" Chapter 5, but this way you'll have something to read in the meantime. What is this story? It's called "Cabin of Love", and here's the long description.
"Growing up in Equestria can be tough, as there's so few Humans living there, and not all Ponies are too fond of them. For one boy named Brian, hardship was all he knew. He'd been orphaned when he was only 3, and had no other family, thus ensuring that he wound up in an orphanage in Ponyville. The years passed, and he would seemingly never to be adopted, as most Ponies only wanted foals, and most Humans only wanted babies, and now Brian was 6. However, when Brian was 8, his luck changed when he was adopted by a Bat-Pony mother named Scarlet Shadow, who wanted a son in addition to her 4 beautiful Bat-Pony daughters. After adopting him, and have him be given a serum to allow him to become a Human-Bat-Pony hybrid to better adapt to his new life, Scarlet renames Brian "Arctic White" because of his now almost white hair/mane, and brings him to live with her, her daughters, and her sister Sandy Shadow in their large cabin outside of the Bat-Pony colony of Deepwood. For the next number of years, Arctic grew to love his new life very much, and he loved his new Mom, Aunt and Sisters just as much as they loved him. His sisters were only 4-6 years older than he was, and all of them were pretty tomboyish, and they loved to hang out with him. Growing up outside of a Bat-Pony colony wasn't always easy, but Arctic wouldn't have it any other way.
However, as he gets older, and well into his teen years, he notices his sisters began looking at him......differently. They'd seemingly stare at him when they thought that he wasn't looking, they'd always try to be close to him, and got really affectionate and cuddly at certain times of the year, even going so far as to share a bed with him so that they can all "cuddle for warmth", and even lick their chops hungrily like he was a piece of meat while giving him a lusty look. While Arctic at first was ok with what was going on, or at least able to tolerate it, what happens when he realizes why his sisters are acting the way that they are? Will he be ok with it? Can he give his sisters, who he loves so much what they want? Can they make their new relationship work? And what happens when their mother Scarlet and aunt Sandy want in on what's going on too? Oh boy is Arctic in for one hell of a wild ride!
WARNING!!! This story contains: Bat-Ponies, Humans being adopted by Bat-Ponies, a Human becoming a Human-Bat-Pony hybrid, anthro Ponies, tomboyish sisters, a large cabin in the woods, nudity, sex, incest fetishes, incest between sisters, incest between sisters and their stepbrother, incest between son and his stepmother, incest between son and step-aunt, Human worship (yeah, this is a thing. Typically involves anthro creatures talking about why Human males are superior to other males of their species), cuddles, young mares experiencing estrus for the first time, impregnation, pregnancy, and pregnancy-care, a few laughs here and there, Bat-Pony cuteness, possibly a few other things that I'm forgetting, and a Human male trying to survive in a world where his all-female family want a piece of him. Definitely NOT for everyone, nor people who aren't a fan of things like this. For all others though, I hope that you enjoy this. It's my first fic that revolves around incest, so I hope that I did a good job with it"
So yeah, not for everyone, but it would be a nice read for those who are into this kind of thing, as well as those who want to read more of my work while "Texas" Chapter 5 is still in the works.
So what do you all think? Do you want me to just redouble my efforts on "Texas" Chapter 5, and finish that, or do you want something else to read in the meantime while I'm still working on that? Don't worry, "Texas" Chapter 5 WILL be completed, and I'll still be working very hard on it even if you all are reading "Cabin of Love", but this would still give you all a nice read while I'm working. So what will it be? "Texas" Chapter 5 first, or do you want something to read while I'm working on it? Let me know what you think in the comments below

Sadly I’m going to have to go with option 1.
While a new story would be good to tide people over, it also means less time is dedicated to the stories already there (unless it’s a one-shot). While not necessarily a bad thing, depending on how you juggle them, that’s simply my thoughts on it.
Also looking at the description of the story you have in mind, I am personally not a fan. Anthro’s aren’t my bread and butter, HumanXPony doesn’t interest me, and the whole premise of “given a serum to be turned into a hybrid” just seems silly to me.
I’m sure some people would find that story interesting, but it’s not for me.
So as said, it’s a definite vote for number 1.

Technically, the story for Option 2, which isn't a one-shot, but rather a short story, is 100% complete. It just needs editing/proofreading, but it's pretty much all ready to go. This is the only reason why it's an option. I wouldn't have mentioned it if the story wasn't ready, at least in a broad sense.

I'll mark that as 13 for Option 1, and 6 for Option 2, though at this point, the voting is pretty much over, as Option 1 won by about 7 votes. "Texas" Chapter 5 is what I'm working on at the moment, as that's what the voters wanted, though "Cabin of Love" will come out once that's done
I’m going to have to say Option 1, while the premise of the second option is nice, I feel it’s something I’ve seen explored before in a few other stories I’ve read, meanwhile, a story featuring dimension hopping warships, especially Texas, are rare if not nonexistent, I only know a few other stories, most seem to feature the Bismarck.

And I already decided to finish Chapter 5 of "Texas" first. It's what the most people wanted, so I'm working on it again. The Chapter is maybe 80% complete now
