I wouldn't ordinarily ask questions like this, but how do I block/report other users on Fanfiction?
I logged on to Fanfiction and saw I had a PM. It was from someone I don't know, with an obviously photoshopped profile picture of a woman in her 20s. They didn't tell me anything about themselves, just straightaway said they wanted to relax and chat and left a link to a Tumblr page. I didn't type in the link because I could see the name of the webpage. I won't post it here, but let's just say it was... inappropriate, as was this "woman's" Tumblr username. Woman in inverted commas because as this is the internet, I don't know if they are a woman or not.
I'm used to all kinds of weird stuff from experiences both of Fimfiction and IRL. But even by my standards, this is deeply unsettling, which is why I'd like to block this user before they PM me again. Don't worry, I've not replied to them. I'm smarter than that. I considered it for a moment but then I realised that would just encourage them to keep contacting me. I'm just annoyed because there's a complete weirdo trying to PM me and there's no block or report buttons in sight. This has reinforced my opinions that Fanfiction is a pile of poop.
But anywhoo, anypony know how I can block and report this user before things get weirder than they already are?

Just click on the person’s username, look for the report icon, and you can report them for spamming and such.
This is all I know of. Not sure on how to block though.

The icon is a triangle with a exclamation mark in the middle. It should also say “Report” by it.

Switch to desktop view. You'll be able to see the report and block options then.

Apparently I'm already on desktop mode, but there's no sign of a report button anywhere. But on the positive side, you've helped me find the Block User page on the account options, so thanks a million. 
There is no point in denying it: I'm absolutely useless at using Fanfiction.

No, no, it's fine. Whilst running around trying to find out how to report stuff, I learned how to block users. Even if it doesn't tell the admins about this, at least it stops them from PM'ing me. You still helped, so thanks.

I just realized that I could’ve rotated my phone sideways and change my screen view to look like I’m viewing it on a computer or laptop. I now see the block option.

I've been far mores stupid when using computers in the past, don't worry. I still haven't found the report button because it seems to be completely nonexistent on my laptop, but I've blocked the user, so hopefully it won't happen again.

Here is one of the replies: "Didn't blacklist. Dunno of you can. Just emailed Fanfiction with the user's name and hopefully they'll actually do something about it. Honestly, they need a report button for PMs. Get with the times, Fanfiction, nobody wants to use email to report unsolicited sex related messages."

What the Tartarus why is it not there?! I hover over the username, nothing. I click on the username and go to their page, nothing. But maybe this is because, as 5497657 said, I'm on PMs.
Oh, and 5497657 . Thanks for showing me that. To be honest, the person that made that comment is right - the PMs do need a report button. Note to self: make an official complaint to Fanfiction about this and hope they fix it.

You click on the username. Look for stuff like stories, blog, followers, mail, etc. It should say “Report” close by.

Ah. Because the thing I'm struggling with is FanFiction.net, not Fimfiction. The lovely thing about Fimfiction is that there's a clear layout and a lot of easy ways to tell the site staff about horrible stuff like this. But Fanfiction has none of that, so I don't think I'll be using that website much.
