Help for a New Card

So, I'm trying to make a new card for Spike to obtain, or possibly just buy, in the tagged story. But I need a bit of help. I have the name and picture for the card, but I'm having trouble thinking of an effect for it. Based on the picture and name, could anyone give some suggestions for an effect?

When this card is summoned to the field, you can pay 500 life points and draw 3 cards, but you have to send two to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed, special summon up to three mutant tokens (LV 1, ATK 0, DEF 0) to your opponent's field. Your opponent can't use the tokens while this card is in the grave.
