In-Character content? · 11:26pm Mar 24th, 2021
Okay, I know I've brought this up before and the response was generally positive, but I feel like I should gauge interest again since the Discord server provides a new option.
I've done in-character blog posts before, and I generally enjoyed them... but the idea seems to be cursed. Every time I start doing them, my life gets turned upside down and I have to stop so I can get serious with you guys again. Still, they ARE a lot of fun to write, and it's a fun way to engage the audience in creating special story-related things like contests or holiday specials!
The other, newer option is... The Adventurer's Guild Discord Server. I could easily make an in-character/roleplaying channel there and use Tupperbox to set up the main cast of The Multiverse in a Nutshell to be spoken with directly! If it turns out well, I could even expand it to more characters, like the characters of the Happy Adventuring series or maybe even a character or two from Sapphire Scales.
I know that a lot of people are going to ask "Why not both?" and to put it simply... I don't think I'm feeling up to doing both of these things at once, especially without knowing how engaged people will be in the idea at all. This does NOT mean that I refuse to do both, I just want people to choose for now. If whichever one wins the poll does well, it's definitely a good chance the other will soon follow. I'll be tagging this post as related to Multiverse, but neither of these are necessarily exclusive to that story.
So... Please go vote!

Honestly they both sound like great ideas and am unsure which one would be better.
I prefer In-character blog posts that rotate among the cast of Multiverse, is more easily accessible, keeps everything in a single place making them easy to find and you don’t get over work trying to manage multiple accounts ;)
