A few stray thoughts:

The animation looks decent enough imo.
Izzy appears to be taking the role of G5's Pinkie analogue.
There's a new male character whom we haven't seen before. He seems to be acquainted with Starscout in some manner, judging by their interactions—siblings, perhaps?
