Why in God's name would he be in prison for only 10 years?? He doesn't deserve to even get released for what he did. I'd throw the key away and never have him be released back into society. The justice system really is messed up beyond belief.

He could be there up to 19 years. 10 years is the minimum earliest parole date possible. Yes, it’s pretty heinous what he did and I’m embarrassed to ever have known him.

Not even parole should be given. An innocent kid got raped by this animal. How can parole be put on the table for something this serious? That's just utter madness on the basis of the crime. He should've been given a life sentence with no parole. People like that shouldn't be given even a small chance in getting out.

I don’t disagree. That’s just what the State of Ohio felt was appropriate for him, don’t ask me why. For what it’s worth I’ve heard he gets beaten almost daily in prison, even most prisoners don’t take kindly to child abusers. So 19 years of that still isn’t exactly getting off easy. But yeah, I certainly wouldn’t mind if he were there even longer or for life. But it’s not up to me.
I did know him, and I even met him in person a couple times. But that was over 2 years ago now so I’ve moved on.
