Regarding yesterday's troubles with SoT and going forward · 4:45pm Feb 6th, 2021
Alright, so for those of you who are unaware, there was a strange error when I published chapter 2 of Stallion of Tomorrow yesterday; somehow the publication date for both it and the previous chapter were listed as having taken place last December. I don't know how this happened, but as a result it didn't show up in the Latest Updates bar, and likely not in your feeds outside of the blog post I made.
I was told by a moderator that I could delete the chapter and republish it. However, after some consideration, I've decided that I won't risk it. It may not even work at all, and I wouldn't want to get false hopes up.
I won't pretend I'm not disappointed by this, especially considering just how big of a positive reception the story initially got, and how this latest chapter didn't quite recapture that as I'd hoped. If I may quote comic-writer Mark Waid, "I feel like I played Carneighie Hall and nobody showed up". But to the people who have read the newest chapter, I sincerely thank you for both your attention and feedback. Especially considering my fears at how my take on the Superman character would blow over with people. So that's a bit of a relief to see that it's tracking well thus far.
Anyway, here's what's going to happen. I'm going to continue working on the story as usual and work towards finishing Chapter 3. I don't know if it'll get the date right this time, but at this point I have no reason to assume that it will. So whenever I release a new chapter from no on, I'll be sure to give my audience a day's advance blog post, and another when the chapter is released. So if you wanna keep up with this story, make sure you check your feeds.
In the meantime, Chapter 2 is still up for viewing, so if you haven't checked it out, please do so. At your discretion, of course; I'm not so fame hungry as to demand people to force people to read something right then and there. :P
But make no mistake, I fully plan to see this story to it's end.
Keep looking up, true believers.

Thank you for the information. I've held off on reading until I had a clear idea of whether or not you were keep the chapter up, or delete it and start over fresh.
I'm still with this story, and promise to read and share my thoughts on it when I get the free time to do so.
