[Announcement & Teaser] "A Storm on the Horizon of the Arcane World" returns on February 7th and your FIRST teaser for Chapter 4 is here!

Like the title says, "A Storm on the Horizon of the Arcane World" will return again on February 7th, with monthly chapter releases. I have begun working on Chapter 4 today, which was easier than I thought, as I discovered that a good part of it is already written. Something that I didn't remember anymore, I thought I will begin with a new chapter, so that was a pleasant surprise.
Will Fizzlepop get a pleasant surprise, too, though? That's a little doubtful, but I'll let you be the judge of that when you read the teaser below.
From now on, I'll post a little teaser every day I work on Chapter 4, to hopefully hype this up and prevent the story from becoming completely forgotten.

Like this, Fizzlepop's thoughts were circulating inside her head. They alternated between complaints about the hot weather and the strange, useless water, worries what would happen if she didn't get real water, and something to eat, soon and the hope and expectation of finding a better life in the sky. These thoughts were dominant compared to her surroundings and so, it happened completely unexpected for Fizzlepop that her hooves suddenly felt wet.
She looked down with her baggy, weary eyes and saw water flowing around her hooves. Had she accidentally changed direction and stepped into the huge lake? A fish was swimming past and Fizzlepop turned her head slowly, following its way through the water. The stream ended at the lake and she saw the fish turn around and swim back into the other direction. This water was flowing into the lake.....
