My New Year's Day Gift to You All · 12:04am Jan 2nd, 2021
In all honesty, I had originally intended on using my 510th blog post to showcase another film review.
Today, though, I figured to myself "What the heck? Why not do something different?"
After careful consideration, I decided to share with you all a little slideshow I've been working on for quite a long time. I thought it'd be the perfect thing for me to kick off 2021 with, and that it'd be a wonderful New Year's gift for all you guys.
The slideshow I had been working on is one I created to showcase Joshua Ledet's rendition of Stevie Wonder's "I Wish" following my surprise that no one else on YouTube had done so.
I had originally intended on making the video containing the song just one of a picture featuring Ledet, but at the behest of my parents, I decided to make a slideshow instead, incorporating a few pictures of Ledet, as well as ones from various shows and ones from the internet that I found would fit beautifully with the lyrics. It took a little while to finish it due to other commitments, and because I needed to time the pictures with the lyrics just right.
As a bonus, I even incorporated a picture of myself at the end of the video.
