SWEETIE VOID (Sweetie Belle)
Princess/Alicorn of the Void
Queen of Floralia
Half-Goddess (3rd category Goddess in maturing)
Controls the Void Energy, letting her create, control, and shape pretty much everything to an extend. Has great martial art skills and masters a lot of kinds of weapons. Knows about the writing and can break the fourth wall (and with her other powers, can act like Pinkie Pie or a Looney Tune). Can unleash her Soul form.
In her Soul form, she's near the power of a 3rd category God, almost unstoppable by anything other than a 3rd category God or a Devourer. Has no control, just a will to reach her current goal, no matter the price.
Her power slowly grows as the void of her Cutie Mark extends to cover her body. Once her body will entirely be covered...
Warning: She's very mischievous. If you are a bad guy, say your prayers...
APPLE DEATH (Apple Bloom)

Avatar of Death
Can turn into a ghost at will. Has God-level of necromancy powers, and can use Ghost Energy to do all other kinds of stuff (including reading and manipulating your mind). Has total control over Death (but can't really bring back the people to life). Can even interact with the souls in the afterlife (if an afterlife exists in the universe she currently is). Has developed some good fighting skills.
Warning: If you get on her bad side, not even Death will save you.
PHANTOM (Scootaloo)
Reality-bending entity
Is the result of Scootaloo merging with the Ultimate Mercenary Zero (better known as Infinite) and the Phantom Ruby. Can manipulate reality at will by projecting virtual realities she created. Can create illusions that can become real for the victims (and only the victims). Can trap them in virtual pocket dimensions. Is a skillful fighter, both with bare hands and a sword.
Warning: If you hurt an innocent, be ready to die. She isn't as merciful as the others (relatively speaking considering that Sweetie Belle loves playing with her toys and Apple Bloom will make sure that you suffer for eternity, even in Death).
The three of them will be one of the greatest forces of chaos in the Omniverse.

Galeem and Dharkon, at least until you try to fight them together. The cutscene directly before the fight tells you all you need to know: they go all-in grappling each other, then briefly look forwards as if to say "oh, this is technically a free-for-all isn't it" and throughout the fight they'll continue to spend most of their time attacking each other while you're caught in the crossfire. They even properly deal damage to each other, with only the last hit point needing to be from your actions.
