MY FAITH HAS BEEN RESTORED.

This just happened. And I cannot believe it.

MY JOB COACH GOT ME MY JOB BACK.

Meijer HR and management admitted that they did not go through the proper channels and proceedure when they dismissed me, because they DIDN'T TELL MY JOB COACH ABOUT THE ISSUES THEY HAD WITH MY PERFORMANCE AT WORK.

They did mention an unauthorized 30-min break I took, which I don't remember happening, but they did give me a few caveats upon returning.

1. They saw I was good with returns, but when I wasn't tasked with it, I tended to wander around with no attention to the job. So, they are only having me do returns for a few weeks, and my Job Coach will be with me.

2. I have to call my supervisor EVERY TIME I go on break, no exceptions. (This was the break-off point, I would assume.)

And 3, I am on a 90-day probation period.

But I have a job again.

AND THAT IS WHAT FUCKING MATTERS MOST RIGHT NOW.
