Zenex smiled, looking around the hive. He chuckled, entering his room and looking at his Zenslayer equipment. He ran his hoof across the helmet. So long since his last trip to Tartarus. He smiled softly. Whilst he was happy to be home, he missed the prison. There was so much he could do. He felt like a god.
“Heheh, I wish something would pop up again...” he muttered, setting the helmet back up.
He got his wish all too soon.
A black portal open up in the floor. Zenex jumped back, looking at the portal. He blinked, grabbing his pistol. “What is it now?”
“Slayer. I need your assistance.”
“Like hell I’m helping a demon.“ Zen pointed his pistol at the portal.
“I don’t think you have a choice.”
Long black tendrils emerged from the portal and wrapped around Zenex. “Sh-Shit!” he swore, firing his pistol. The tendrils then grabbed his equipment and dragged him down into the portal.
