Break times over, time to get back to work.

The Wildest Dreams-
Well, after finishing Shadows of Eden, I took some time off. I played around more with TWD, but I admit that I am in one hell of a writers block with it. I'm still working out some of the timelines and a few more key elements before I can put words to the next chapter. Sadly this resulted in me nuking about 15k words of a chapter just so I could get back to a good starting point. But I think I got it off to a good start so I can explore more of the zeebs. I'm also playing around with putting Joey on a solo mission/trial with zeebs to see what happens. There is more to come for sure, I have way too much fun writing it. That said, for those of you who enjoyed the underground base, site 103, I have good news for you. Joey and Caliber are going spelunking! I intend to explore the spoopy place in depth as it will be a key location in the coming chapters.

Shadows of eden-
As I am sure many of you are aware, I left Shadows of Eden on one hell of a cliffhanger. It was not without good reason. I started the story, kind of as a joke thanks to Quiznak in a bit to get him to write stuff. After chapter 2 I was starting to get attached to the lead character and the idea of the story as a whole. By chapter 4 I was sold. I went back and rewrote a few things with Mike's guidance to tune things up. Honestly, this story owes a lot of its existence to that conversation and his proof reading. By chapter 4 I was sold and decided to put all my effort into getting it finished and leaving nothing to waste in terms of creativity and plot.

I fell in LOVE with the idea of Jet and Dingy linking up around that same time. What can I say, I love writing love and the apocalypse. Emoting aside, I will answer the question on anyone's mind about a part 2. Yes, there is going to be a part 2. Truthfully, I already started part two. I couldn't help myself lol. Just as before there will be cryptic updates from time to time, little hints here and there and the odd quote from the story. That all said, there will be a very notable change... Word count. 6303 was a blast... I also nearly went bald trying to write that. But I love the idea of things being tied up with a little bow like that! So, word count will be around 10k per chapter and I'm shooting for a probable 120k total word count.

This saga is going to require much more detail to be explained and for background characters to have the chance to speak as well. I plan to reveal the identity of Rocket at some point in this story. But I have to warn you that there will only be more questions by the end of it. The whole story, by the time it is done, will be 3 parts with the longest being the final book in the saga. I plan to start in the next month or so. Maybe get a chapter out a week or so. But that all being said, I think it is high time I got back after the wildest dreams and show it some love.
