How physically strong are the ponies? For a point of reference, let's compare the strength of an average joe human by comparison to an average pony. Canon ponies, not super OP Ponies from fan fiction.
How much weight can they lift? How much of beating (durability) can they take? General endurance like running (in their case galloping) for long periods of time. And maybe some other factors.
Twilight and rarity Arent considered very strong by Pony Standards, as stated by AJ and RD in Fall weather Friends. However, they were both able to lift Tom, the rock, who should weigh several tons.

So, theyre Pretty strong.
Also for the most part, the "super powers" the humane seven gained, are just the natural abilities of their Pony Counterparts. at least for AJ, RD, Flutters and Twilight. Rarity, Sunset and Pinkie got different powers.
It depends on the race of them. Earth ponies and certain pegasi( whom have train for it) are physical stronger, while the rest of the pegasi and unicorns are weaker

Shining armor seems Pretty strong too. meanwhile quibble pants is Pretty weak, especially for an earth Pony. Earth ponies have a higher Affinity for strength, but if they dont Train, they can easily be surpassed by the other tribes.
In season 2 episode 17, Hearts and Hooves Day, Big Macintosh was able to out-pull two oxen hauling a cart of anvils while hopping, and drag a two-story house down a rough dirt road while still hopping.
Also, its important to note, that Pony strength isnt entirely based on muscles.
Tirek was able to steal the strength of earth ponies and the flight of pegasi, by draining their magic, implying, that they subconsciously use enhancement from hxh and airbending from Avatar.
its also noteworthy, that tireks ability seems to be different from Android 19s Energy drain.
in dbz 19 drains the MP of his victim, which can also render someone unable to use their techniques, but that one can be remedied by drinking a green potion.
Tireks ability doesnt just seem to drain MP, he drains your "essence" as chryssie calls it, its different from the magical Energy, that makes up spells, its more like midi chlorians, organisms, that live inside your Body, and feed on the nutrients to generate the magical Energy in the first place.
basicallyhe drains the maxMP. If that one hits 0, you cant restore it with potions.
At least thats my thoughts.
There are so many ways to go about this discussion.
Physical Strength - Both Big Mac and AJ have been shown pulling or carrying huge loads (Mac dragged a house while bouncing, and AJ stopped that huge boulder in Rockhoof's hometown with her back legs and kicked it away). Maud Pie was shown throwing a boulder over the horizon and creating a big enough crash at the end to create a shockwave.
Endurance - RD is the Queen of Endurance in Equestria. Not only can she keep up with AJ in the Running of the Leaves (and they both ran the course twice in the same day with no problem), but she can fly from Canterlot to the edge of Equestria and back and still have the energy to perform with the Wonderbolts that same day ("Rarity Investigates").
Durability - This one is more difficult, as the ponies are magical beings, and the physics of Equestria does not work the same. We've seen ponies be struck by lightning multiple times and be completely fine. Twilight got an anvil dropped on her head. And I am convinced that it is actually impossible to beat up Pinkie (but I am also convinced that she possesses Chaos magic, which lends itself to her other feats).
Of course, there is also the magic factor. But even without that, any well-trained pony could out-lift, out-run, and/or out-endure any human. It would be no contest.

And let's factor in that fan fiction often makes them even stronger. I can see why ponies be OP. But does not necessarily mean they have to be jerks either. Alicorns must have God-like strength.
Unless cartoon physics can be applied to a human, then it may be a bit fairer. Our it's gets enhanced somehow.
