I was flamed and dissed on for my way of torturing Beast Boy for not getting back with Terra...
and one those was...

Because I HAVE made BB attempt to move on and get a new life for himself, but as usual, and no surprises, it was dissed and hashed on simply because BB left the Titans on a bad note-- walked out on them in a huff (Despite the fact he had every right too)

First of all: Every single way I'd make him leave would be regarded as idiotic pointless by the haters, just making lame excuses because they don't like how I'm making BB behave.
Second: In my view, BB was already an idiot and goofball in the canon, and I want that to end (Make him more assertive, tough, and not let people tell him what's right and wrong.) Plus, he'd be more idiotic STAYING with the Titans... like a stubborn prospector that won't listen when he's told he's digging in the wrong place for gold.
BB desires happiness or peace, like the prospector desires gold and riches... but don't bother digging in a place that doesn't produce any of it. (Plus, I don't intend BB to have much happiness and peace as part of his punishment. He is to live a life of anger, hate, misery or mistrust.)

He can't just and leave the Titans for no reason.
Agreed, but he HAS a reason.
He can no longer trust the titans. They have betrayed him for the last time, and staying with them will not make things better. He cannot find happiness and peace from people who won't give it to him.
So while he's not really moving on from the pain, at least he's trying to move on someplace else. Stop being a Teen Titan, and possibly stop being a hero altogether and find a new life (Even though in the end I still may make it so he dies)
BEAST BOY IN EQUESTRIA
After being intercepted by his Equestrian Dopplganger, and sent to Equestria in his place, Beast Boy has a rocky start (accepting his new pony forum, and proving he is not the criminal that his doppelganger is) BB is befriended by Twilight and friends, especially Fluttershy, but he does not wish to return home (Do to not having much to go back to) and considers staying and having a relationship and future with Fluttershy.
(In the end, he dies anyway.)
Reason I made this... people seem to ship Fluttershy with BB, and I have to admit they are kinda cute (But my rules still stand, he cannot have a relationship with her... only Terra... hence why I killed him.)
Plus, I really wanted the ponies to realize how cold and cruel worlds outside of their own really are, and how bad the other titans and Terra were to him.
Like, you try to get help, so you see a family psychologist who views your life styles, and then says. "In 20 years I have never seen such dysfunction."
Starfire: "What have we done to lose our friend?"
Spirit: "The real question is... What have you done to KEEP him?!"
That was one of my favorite quotes.
And also, when Twilight and Celestia, after hearing and understanding his reasons for not wanting to go back, they try to tell him.
"No one will force you to do anything you don't want."
"You can trust us."
But given his past experiences with multiple people (BEFORE the Titans) he can only reply "...That's what they all said."
BOUNTY HUNTER BEAST BOY
After a huge misunderstanding and fallout with the titans, as well as being falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit, and being hated even when proven innocent, he runs away and is not seen for seven years, only to return as a Bounty Hunter, armed to the teeth with powerful weapons and technology. Rich, powerful due to his collections, and having lost a great deal of his morality due to his past. His only interest is profit, meaning he only comes to capture the monster or person who's reward fee or county is substantial. He has no interest in saving lives willingly. If he saves your life int he process of the capture... Whatever, means nothing to him.
(Note: That fic was just BB having a nightmare. In the reality, he and Terra were long together, and have 2 week old twin kids)
VOYAGE TO THE EDGE OF THE EARTH
(My favorite)
After having severe fallouts with the Titans, and under the suggestion of a psychologist "TRAVEL WILL DO YOU GOOD" BB abandons the team, dons a new outfit, new weapons and tools, and strikes out on his flying moped hoping to find a new life for himself. (Undetectable by the Titans computers, and cannot be sensed by Raven)
(It's the only way to ensure that neither Cyborg nor Raven can find him) Why should they be allowed to find him?
As for BB having the tech to block them out, THERE ARE LOOPHOLES AND POSSIBILITIES... USE THEM. (The shades were from his old days in the Doom Patrol, that block out forms of detection)
He travels endlessly from place-to-place, working simple jobs for money, sometimes he is hired by the government for big cash load jobs, and often finds himself becoming the hero (Saving people from oppression, tyranny, or natural disasters) while at the same time trying to avoid the Titans, who are perusing him trying to make him come back to JC, which he does not want.

That's one reason I made this, to make these cool chase scenes, where BB manages to outmaneuver the Titans every time and make his escape... so I get to use that cool music and other tracks too.
Basically, the Titans are acting like my haters; they'll allow Terra to try and move on with her little Things Change crap, but BB apparently isn't allowed to run away and they call ME the hypocrites.
Another reason I made this is because BB has a chance to show how clever, resourceful, and skilled he can really be, WITHOUT the use of his animal morphing.
But the best reason of all I like this, is the music I used (From VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA for the intro and outtro, plus I get to to what they did as promos)
At the end of every episode, BB has saved the day, and is then on his way again to a new city or country, as he continues his long voyage, his search for a new life.
Before the end credits, there is a promo showing what happens in the next episode, (Just like BOTTOM OF THE SEA)
Join us next week as Beast Boy finds himself in quite predicament; one that could lead the titans straight at him.

the mood is perfect: BB is alone, miserable, and wondering where he will go next and what awaits him out there, and will he ever find the peace he desires? Until he does, he just keeps on going.
that's my favorite way of him running away and trying to move on with his life at least (Not his past)
YU-GI-OH E-QUEST
Five years ago, a few weeks AFTER Things Change, BB quit the team, and donned a mask and outfit to hide himself. Also having lost a great deal of morality, he becomes MASQUERADE, a ruthless and powerful Pro-gamer, who is extremely hard to defeat. Long story short He basically acts like PAUL from POKEMON DIAMOND AND PEARL, and often gets away with himself in humiliating the girls and the Titans.
Rich and Powerful, he only seems to care about Power and feels that friendship, compassion, and "Doing it because it's right" are signs of weakness, and that being a THREAT or FEARED means strength (Especially given to his past treatment)
The entire fic was designed for the PAUL ATTITUDE on the girls. Like how Paul insults Ash a lot, and also just to bash the girls and the Titans.
(Just because it's to supposedly fuel my ego doesn't automatically mean it can't be seen as a decent fic.)
But anyway... I know how this is going to end up.
in the end my haters will continue to insult me and suggest I am retarded for thinking this way, when really I can see they're just butthurt because I'm not "Making BB leave without being an idiot"

BB happily let's go of the past, moves on to his future. With no depression, no songs, no evil, no running away. He just remains his IDIOTIC, GOOFBALL, JOKER self whom Raven takes pride in slapping because she finds him annoying, and the others continue to be annoyed with him as well.
To them I say: Do it yourself... because I don't like that, hence my fanfiction, so it doesn't HAVE to be that way.

They let Terra move on with her THINGS CHANGE crap, but apparently, BB should remain who he is (an idiotic goofball of a superhero)
